Our Response to Coronavirus

The Nature Connection shares your concerns over how COVID-19 is impacting our daily lives, the safety of families and the vitality of our community.

Our priority is always going to be the health and well-being of our participants and our staff. Because of this:

All spring programs have been suspended through May 31, 2020.

Our full-time staff is working remotely from home and we are happy to communicate with you via email.
Please know that we are working hard to make summer camp even MORE affordable this year. Besides the generous scholarships provided by Generation Wild, we are attempting to obtain additional scholarship funding for families impacted by economic hardship related to the current situation.
Please don’t hesitate to talk to us about scholarships as we open the registration process later this month on our website.
While the landscape changes daily, we remain hopeful that all of our camps and programs will run as planned for Summer 2020.
We will send out updates periodically as we continue to re-evaluate the situation basing our final decisions on the CDC recommendations and the Governor’s orders.
Please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media for these updates. We hope to have summer program decisions made by May 1 as a current timeline.

Now is the time to really lean into our present situation, stay adaptable and learn about ourselves and those close to us. We know our community is truly one of a kind, and we will get through this together.

Take some time for fresh air and check out TNC’s resources to get outside in your backyard today, and everyday!

We are grateful for your understanding and support,

The Nature Connection Leadership Team
